Hotel in Achim near Bremen
The Bootshaus was built by Erich Hommel in 1999. Since 2006 it is owned by the Lampe Gastronomie OHG. The two young entrepreneurs Jens Lampe (kitchen & Service) and Jan Lampe (Hotel & Business Administration) operate it successfully as owners and have already after 2 years extended by a further 21 hotel rooms as well as banquet rooms.
In 2012 the last phase of construction was completed in which the restaurant has been extended to a large conservatory with 50 seats.
Our team consists of 40 employees, which are divided into the areas of service, kitchen, floor and office.
